I am a Domestic Extremist.

Updated: Feb 11, 2022

In June of 2021 some hidden bureaucratic arm of this administration, one whose authority we are not permitted to question, released the “National Strategy for Countering Domestic Terrorism.” It begins with a statement from the installation that is currently residing in the White House and states things like “preserving and safeguarding constitutionally protected expression & freedom of association are national security priorities” but the quiet part left unstated is that those are priorities so long as that association is aligned with the current administration’s goals. He goes on to say that “working with our critical partners in state, local, tribal & territorial governments, civil society, the private sector, academia, local communities as well as with our allies & foreign partners.” As if violating our 4th amendment rights by allowing the NSA & CIA to spy on us isn’t enough, now they want to bring MI6 and social media companies on board to pick up the slack where their ineptitudes shine…You know…During actual acts of domestic terrorism like the bombing in Nashville, TN where the FBI was monitoring him and did nothing about it until he blew up an entire block of downtown?

The strategy goes on to state that “today’s domestic terrorists espouse a range of violent ideological motivations, including racial or ethnic bigotry and hatred as well as anti-government or anti-authority sentiment”……………….You read this correctly….Domestic terrorists are people who espouse anti-government or anti-authority sentiment; hence the title of this article. This government has come out and formally said that having an issue with them and speaking out about it makes one a domestic terrorist. They go on to say that that this “involves policies that protect the independence and integrity of the DOJ including the FBI; bolstering efforts that address domestic terrorism.” Perhaps this would be a non-issue if Joe Biden hadn’t participated in the politicization of the FBI and DOJ on his last go round as being one of the people who quite literally unmasked a private citizen and used a CIA informant as a back door to spy on a Presidential campaign.

They break down the strategy into 4 pillars of how the government intends to tackle the threat posed by domestic terrorism:

1.) Understand & Share information regarding the full range of domestic terrorism threats

2.) Efforts to prevent domestic terrorists from successfully recruiting inciting & mobilizing Americans to violence (Unless they’re FBI agents, though; they can recruit, incite and mobilize at will)

3.) Deter & disrupt domestic terrorist activity before it yields violence. (Unless they can use it politically)

4.) The long-term issues that contribute to domestic terrorism must be addressed to ensure this threat diminishes over generations. (In other words, they’ll indoctrinate your children to be good serfs to the ruling class)

They round out this section with “Our approach honors & protects both America’s security and civil rights and liberty.” If you believe this by the end, I have a bridge to sell you.

Federal law defines domestic terrorism as “activities that involve acts dangerous to human life that are a violation of the criminal laws of the US or any states; appear to be intended to intimidate or coerce a civilian population to influence the policy of the government by intimidation or coercion or to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination or kidnapping; and occur primarily within the territorial jurisdiction of the United States. Some examples are given in more explicit detail of what can be deemed as domestic terrorism such as racial, ethnic or religious hatred: POC, immigrants, Jews, Muslims, women, girls & LGBTQI+…

It goes into the anti-government or anti-authority components to mean that self-proclaimed “militias” or people who take steps to violently resist government authority or facilitate the overthrow of the U.S. government on “perceived” overreach; anarchist violent extremists, who violently oppose all forms of capitalism, corporate globalization, and governing institutions which they perceive harmful to society and sovereign citizen violent extremists who believe they are immune from government authority and laws. They note other domestic terrorists may be motivated to violence by single-issue ideologies related to abortion, animal rights, environmental issues or incel violent extremism…..Involuntary celibacy…People who cannot get laid is a single-issue ideology that can result in a domestic terrorist. Gosh I’m so glad we have the government to tell us these things.

They illustrated some of the challenges to law enforcement such as internet-based communication platforms such as social media, file-upload sites and end-to-end encrypted platforms amplify the threats to public safety. Remember that line earlier in this article? “Preserving and safeguarding constitutionally protected expression and freedom of association are national security priorities?” I imagine you’ll notice the same theme I did; this entire strategy is the government sucking wind and blowing it out of its asshole and calling it flowers.

The author of this document proceeds to say, “enduring domestic violent extremists (DVEs) pertaining to biases against minority populations & perceived government overreach will almost certainly continue to drive radicalization and mobilization to violence” and I couldn’t help but find myself saying, “well no fucking shit." This administration has threatened the citizenry with involuntary injections of experimental drugs at the expense of our livelihoods while simultaneously bankrupting our children/grandchildren to fund their ignorance; what do they expect? Jovial compliance?

They then launch into their approach by saying “so too must we disrupt and deter those who launch violent attacks in a misguided effort to force change in government policies that they view as unjust. In a democracy, there is no justification for resorting to violence to resolve political differences.” The Declaration of Independence and Revolutionary War called and said the devil is a lie! It’s important to note the language they use in this quote…First violence is never defined. We have already established that merely “espousing anti-government/authority sentiment” makes you a domestic terrorist. Is putting pen to paper or standing behind a lectern with a microphone the act of violence they’re referencing? And they mention a misguided effort, but I fail to see how safeguarding the liberty and freedom I hold dear for not only myself, but future generations is misguided….To each tyrannical ruler their own, I guess.

One of the first key points that the strategy makes is that reducing the factors contributing to domestic terrorism is of the utmost importance and that those factors are multi-dimensional, including incitement to imminent violence online, some transnational linkages, and certain self-proclaimed private “militia” activity that, to varying degrees is prohibited by the laws of all 50 states. Let’s talk about that for a minute. Private militias have been created by private citizens in America since the colonial period….The Revolutionary War was fought by ordinary citizens and I’m reminded of a quote, “A militia when properly formed are in fact the people themselves and include, according to the past and general usage of the states all men capable of bearing arms…To preserve liberty, it is essential that the whole body of the people always possess arms and be taught alike, especially when young, how to use them.” That quote is from Richard Henry Lee who happens to be the former President of the Continental Congress. The June 1776 Lee Resolution is named after him and is the motion in the second Continental Congress that called for the colonies' independence from Great Britain and also led to the Declaration of Independence…..Which he signed.

While I'm throwing down some historical knowledge, I think it's important to note another incredibly relevant piece by Alexander Hamilton from Federalist 29: “If circumstances should at any time oblige the government to form an army of any magnitude, that army can never be formidable to the liberties of the people while there is a large body of citizens, little if at all, inferior to them in discipline and the use of arms, who stand ready to defend their own rights and those of their fellow citizens. This appears to me the only substitute that can be devised for a standing army and the best possible security against it, if it should exist.” A well-regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state was never intended to be the government, it was always intended to be the people.

Based off my research, the only state that strictly prohibits the formation of a private militia (under section 19-1-106) is Wyoming and I believe Michigan is threatening to use gang laws if you use certain insignia. The rest of the states allow the formation but not the parading and exercising of armed private militias in public; they do not forbid the formation of private militias. Based on my research, rarely are these militias charged for military related offenses; it’s usually other charges like disturbing the peace, firearms or riot statutes. I mean unless you’re from Ruby Ridge or Waco, then the government will murder you, your wife and kid and dogs and set your entire family on fire because you dared to stand against them…

One successful challenge to the government came from The Freemen in Justus, Montana. They denied the legitimacy of a federal government and established their own court system. They posted bounties for the arrest of police officers & judges, they held seminars on how to challenge laws that were beyond the Constitution and even established their own court system and jail to imprison trespassers and government workers. So even though they did in fact present an armed challenge to government authority, their beliefs and militia activity were not illegal. What happened was the members were charged with non-violent crimes…Because they wrote dummy checks and fake money orders to pay taxes & defraud banks. Which…I mean….I kind of feel this vibe and would have probably joined this tribe; just saying. Of note, and brought to my attention by my friend, Joe Dolio, during the Civil War another prominent militia was the Nauvoo Legion in Utah who fought the federal government to a negotiated settlement.

This ghost-writer then moves forward through this document to state “reducing supply and demand of recruitment materials by limiting widespread availability online & bolstering resistance to it by those who nonetheless encounter it and also means reducing access to ‘assault weapons’ and ‘high-capacity magazines’ and enforcing legal prohibitions that keep firearms out of dangerous hands…” It’s fascinating for a couple reasons. There’s no explanation of what assault weapons are, how high is too high on magazine capacity, nor how one can determine at what point a person may be deemed “dangerous” enough to have their right to keep and bear arms removed pre-emptively. Is the government the only approved arbiter of what violence is while simultaneously monopolizing the right to use it? Making use of token phrases like “We need to do better – better at protecting rights & freedoms,” while continuing to employ the USA Freedom Act, only allowing section 215 to expire rather than the entire monstrosity of 4th Amendment violations. Perhaps they should put their money where their mouths are and get rid of pen registers, “D” orders, NSL’s and FISA warrants that have been proven to be used nefariously, with no consequence, mind you, as was the case with Carter Page.

When discussing things like implementation, this document goes on to say “The Department of Homeland Security and ‘others’ are either currently funding and implementing or planning evidence-based digital programming, including enhancing media literacy & critical thinking skills as a mechanism for strengthening user resilience to disinformation and misinformation online for domestic audiences. The Department of State & United States Agency for International Development (Holy bananas another alphabet agency that should not be receiving taxpayer dollars) are doing similar work globally. Some questions I think deserve answers: What other departments are allocating funding to this effort? To whom is this “media literacy and critical thinking” messaging directed and what is the method by which it is being delivered? How is information being determined to be dis/mis information and who is enforcing that? Is our media being propagandized against the people and this is the subtle admission of that fact? Do you ever notice the frequency at which we are told, “we are spending your money at your expense, never your benefit and we will not explain further how or why?”

I discovered that the “United States endorses ‘Christchurch Call to Action to Eliminate Terrorist and Violent Extremist Content Online’ and we applaud language in the Christchurch Call emphasizing the importance of tackling the very real threat posed by online terrorist content while respecting human rights & freedom of expression on the internet.” What is the Christchurch Call? After researching, it was initiated by New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern (yes, the same woman who just a few days ago issued an order requiring households to quarantine for 24 days following a positive COVID infection) and Emmanuel Macron, the French President that brought together a commitment by governments and tech companies to eliminate terrorist & violent extremist content online. Again, I pose the question that much of this document avoids answering….What is violent extremist content online? Is it saying that memes are violent? Is it saying that people making a video calling for the dismantling of alphabet agencies like the IRS and ATF is domestic extremism online?

The President’s fiscal year budget for 2022 includes significant additional resources for the DOJ & FBI to ensure they have the analysts, investigators and prosecutors they need to thwart domestic terrorism and bring them to justice when the law is broken. So, in other words they are taking more money to put people on watchlists, extra money to find mentally unstable individuals to convince them to participate in illegal activity with professional instigators and extra money to monitor people they will knowingly allow to go on to do nefarious deeds to justify more policies like this one to create more laws to create more criminals to continue to tell you that they are helping.

The third pillar of this grand strategy is centered around the goal of disrupting & deterring domestic terrorism activity and enabling enhanced investigation & prosecution of domestic terrorism. They are developing strategies to provide enhanced training on domestic terrorism iconography, symbology, phraseology and information on how to recognize potential indicators of mobilization to domestic terrorism through the existing Joint Counterterrorism Assessment Team First Responders Toolbox resources and the forthcoming edition of the Mobilization Indicators booklet. I attempted to find the promised updated booklet, however, at the time of writing, the 2019 edition was the only version I could find and you can read that (here). Prior to publication I was able to locate the 2021 version, but my notes are all from the outdated version so I am going to avoid going into a lot of detail here and let you read them and make your own determinations. I am, however, going to share the introduction of the 2019 version and my thoughts about it. “The NCTC, FBI and DHS emphasize that many of the indicators described herein may involve constitutionally protected activities and might be insignificant on their own. However, in combination with other suspicious behaviors, these indicators may raise suspicion in a reasonable person and constitute a basis for reporting.” It goes on further to say, “individuals are encouraged to contact law enforcement if, based on these indicators and the situational context, they suspect an individual is mobilizing to violence.” Again, violence is not defined and so this appears to be another step into tyranny. They state explicitly that a lot of these indicators are rights, but if "Karen's" subjective sensibilities give her the heebie jeebies, they don’t want her to hesitate to call them in to ruin someone's life so that she may once again feel the fulfillment her cats no longer give her.

I also came across another document written by Eviane Leidig and Charlie van Mieghem. Who are both young ladies who work for the International Centre for Counter Terrorism. Eviane is a research fellow in the Current & Emerging Threats program. Charlie got her masters last year and is a communications officer. I highly encourage you check this document out in its entirety. The interesting thing about the abstract in this document is a shift in language. It suggests that it is a comprehensive threat assessment for domestic terrorism, as ordered by Biden, and prioritizes far-right extremism. It acknowledges that Biden’s overall strategy has very little specific mention of the far-right threat as does not the EU counterterrorism documents. They go on to say this is unexpected considering anti-covid protests and the anti-BLM protests that occurred in 2020…..Yes….Yes, you read that right. The ANTI-BLM protests of 2020. *Insert AYFKM gif*

This assessment continues by saying that we could take notes from the European Union because they are better equipped when it comes to online regulation. For example, within their “digital services act” there is a newly adopted regulation 2021/784 that forces hosting service providers to remove any flagged content within an hour after receiving an order from a competent authority. In other words, your NPC meme was offensive, and some random “competent authority” demands it’s removed because it's terrorist content.

The assessment also indicates that counter-terrorism strategies should provide a distinct focus on gender dimensions which they perceive to be lacking and that both the US and EU strategies would benefits from the inclusion for the explicit recognition of integrating gender dynamics and recognizing gender as an intersectional identity in counter terrorism programing. I had to read this section a few times to make sure I was correctly understanding….Our enemies…Real enemies…want to murder us because they hate us but we need to focus on people who believe there are only two genders as being terrorists.

This is a government that imposes tax after tax after tax on us. Federal taxes, state taxes, county taxes, locality taxes, rainwater taxes, property taxes, sales tax, gas tax…We started a revolution over a 2% tax on tea. They threaten to seize your private property if you do not pay it while they throw our money away to endeavors that do not benefit this nation or its citizens. They hold you at gunpoint and threaten you to follow their edicts while they laugh and do not follow them themselves. They monopolize violence and call you a domestic terrorist for speaking out against them. They allocate your stolen money to fund the research that went on to give them an excuse to force you into your homes, forced you to put bacteria infested diapers on healthy children’s faces, forced you to watch your favorite business close or forced you to close your own. They made you watch your family members die alone on a skype call, forced you to bury them with no family to support you and now they want to force you to inject yourself with their magic concoction that not only doesn’t work, but they absolved the manufacturers of any recourse should anything bad happen to you. They profit, as robbers do…At our expense. They produce nothing but steal from you to achieve their whims. They are not beholden to the people of this nation but instead to special interest groups, self-interest and greed. “Power tends to corrupt; absolute power corrupts absolutely.” They cower in fear but ask your children to volunteer their lives to fight in wars that have nothing to do with us or them so that their friends may financially profit. They send their capitol police out to dress as construction workers to spy on their opposition and unmask private citizens to spy on political opponents. They circumvent state election laws to install a cognitive degenerate whose family is corrupt and beholden to foreign nations so that an unelected bureaucracy may have full reign over our country, writing policies such as this one with no name behind it.

I no longer recognize the federal government’s right to enforce laws that violate my rights that were bestowed upon me the moment I took my first breath. I no longer recognize the government’s right to 60% of my income with no say in where it goes because I have no representation. Right or left, neither do you. I no longer accept this government’s monopolization of violence against its citizens like rulers lording over us rather than servants representing our will. We hold the power in this country and the government answers to us. It’s not the other way around and it’s time they are reminded of this. Naming citizens as terrorists for exercising our natural born rights, spying on us, using their enforcement arm to prevent us from assembling and taxing us to oblivion makes them no different than the tyrannical regimes free societies have rebelled against for generations. I encourage you to rebel. I encourage you to network, coordinate and execute a plan to work from the ground up and take over every single district, county and state and make the federal government’s power obsolete.
